Privacy policy

Short version: this website collects nothing about you. It has no server, no database, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

What we store on your device

Three small preferences are kept in your browser's local storage so the site behaves sensibly on your next visit:

whether you chose the light or dark theme,
which branch you selected,
the enquiry list you built while browsing.

These never leave your device, are never sent to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing site data in your browser. None of them contains personal information.

The contact form

The contact form does not submit anything to us. When you press send, your browser opens your own WhatsApp or e-mail application with the message written out, and you send it yourself. At that point your details travel through WhatsApp or your e-mail provider under their privacy terms, not ours, and we receive them the same way we would receive any other message.

What we do with a message you send us

We use it to answer you, and to prepare whatever you asked about. We do not sell or share it. Prescription details, where you give them, are handled as medical information and kept only as long as we need them for your order.

Third parties

The only external content on this site is the Google Maps panel on each store page. Loading it means Google can see that you opened that page; that is governed by Google's own privacy policy. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, precisely so that no third party sees your visit.

Customer reviews shown on this site are collected by Google. They are fetched when the site is published, not when you visit, so your browser makes no request to Google to display them.

Your choices

You can clear the stored preferences at any time, block the map from loading, or simply telephone us instead of using the form. Nothing on this site requires you to identify yourself.
